• Account information: email address, name, password (stored hashed), nationality.
• Profile information: anything you share with Lina during onboarding or conversation, including personal context, lifestyle details, and topics you choose to discuss.
• Conversation history: the messages you exchange with Lina, stored so she can remember you across sessions.
• Usage data: device type, browser, IP address, timestamps, and pages visited.
• Payment data: handled entirely by our payment processor, Creem.io. We do not see or store your card details.

• To deliver the Lina experience — memory, personalization, and check-ins.
• To process subscriptions, free trials, and billing.
• To improve the service and develop new features.
• To send service-related emails (sign-in, billing, account notices).

We share data only with the following categories of providers:

• Creem.io — our merchant of record for all payments and tax compliance.
• AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, and similar) — to generate Lina's responses. Messages are sent under each provider's data processing terms.
• Cloud infrastructure providers — to host, store, and operate the service.
• Email delivery services — to send sign-in links and account emails.

We do not sell your personal data.

We retain your account and conversation data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., tax records).

You may: request a copy of the data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, or opt out of non-essential communications. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, so we encourage you to use a strong, unique password.

Lina is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Lina is operated from Nigeria. By using the service, you consent to your information being transferred to and processed in Nigeria and other jurisdictions where our providers operate.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
